the country is deliciously creamy under the rind and slightly
crumbly in the core. It has a young, fresh, slightly tangy taste
and is made by hand in open round vats.

Wild Garlic Yarg Cornish Cheese is a more recent development of our
nettle covered Yarg. Creamy and slightly crumbly, the cheese is
covered in wild garlic leaves. The leaves impart a delicate garlic
flavour quite unlike any other garlic cheese you have tried.
